Enjoy the thrill of jeep safaris in the wild; explore exquisite carvings at the Kamasutra Temples and dive deep into the history of an ancient town, Orchha. DAY 1 - ARRIVE DELHI - Depending on your time of arrival, today you will either explore Delhi or relax at the hotel.
DAY 2 - DELHI - Visit Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk and Gurudwara Bangla Sahib in the old part of the city.
DAY 3 - DELHI TO AGRA- Drive 3 hrs and visit the Taj Mahal and Red Fort in Agra.
DAY 4 - AGRA TO ORCHHA - Catch an early morning train to Jhansi, from where you will be driven 20 mins to Orchha.
DAY 5 - ORCHHA - Explore the medieval town of Orchha with your guide. Explore by foot or cycle.
DAY 6 - ORCHHA TO KHAJURAHO - Drive 4 hrs to Khajuraho. Visit the western group of temples with your guide.
DAY 7 - KHAJURAHO - Go on a cycling tour towards the old part of town. Later explore the eastern group of temples.
DAY 8 - KHAJURAHO TO PANNA - Drive 40 mins towards the emerald green forests of Panna. Go on a sunset boat ride this evening or go on a village walk.
DAY 9 - PANNA - Enjoy an early morning tiger jeep safari through the jungle and spend the afternoon at leisure. You may choose to go an evening jeep safari as well.
DAY 10 - PANNA TO KHAJURAHO | DEPART KHAJURAHO - Today you will be driven 40 mins back to Khajuraho airport to catch your onward flight to Delhi or Varanasi. You may also choose to head further into the jungles of Bandhavgarh and Kanha.
Prices start from: US$ 1500 per person on double share basis. This includes accommodation for 9 nights in boutique heritage hotels (with breakfast), sightseeing, all activities as specified, a private car and driver throughout your journey and taxes.
